Portland & Vancouver homeowners:
Get a replacement estimate
Thinking about a new furnace, heat pump, or AC? Tell us about your home and system. We'll explain the options side by side — including repair, if it still makes sense.
Quick answer
To get a replacement estimate, tell us about your current system, its approximate age, your fuel, and what matters most to you. We look at your home before giving firm numbers, because ductwork, electrical capacity, and permits can change the scope. If repair still makes sense, we tell you that too.

Common questions
Can you give me a price without visiting?
Any number before we see the home is preliminary. Ductwork, electrical capacity, line sets, and permits can change the scope, so we confirm on site before giving firm numbers.
Will you tell me if repair makes more sense?
Yes. We start with repair. If fixing your current system is the better call, we say so and explain why.
Is the federal heat pump tax credit still available?
No. The federal 25C credit ended for equipment placed in service after December 31, 2025. Local utility programs may still apply; we'll help you check.
Which incentives might apply to me?
It depends on your state, your utility, and the system being replaced. Our incentives guide lists the programs we track, and we'll confirm what you may qualify for.
What should a replacement quote include?
Equipment model numbers, labor, materials, permits, removal and disposal, warranty terms, and exclusions, each listed clearly. Our guide on reading an HVAC quote walks through each line.
